We at IndyOpera are rapidly approaching our May production of Stephen Sondheim’s beloved musical, “A Little Night Music”. Currently, we are looking for volunteer ushers for this show, as we complete a fantastic season of bringing opera to Central Indiana. As a volunteer usher, you are not only helping Indianapolis Opera, but you will also be able to enjoy an amazing musical free of charge.

WHAT: Stephen Sondheim’s Romantic Comedy, “A Little Night Music”
WHEN: May 3, 2024 – 7:30pm/ May 4, 2024 – 7:30pm and May 5, 2024 – 3:00pm
WHERE: The Toby Theatre (Located at Newfields – Indianapolis Museum of Art – 4000 N. Michigan Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46208)
WHAT ARE THE DUTIES OF AN USHER?: Your duties as an usher involve giving our patrons and guests the best customer service experience possible. You may be scanning tickets, helping audience members find their seats, passing out programs and answering questions.
I’M INTERESTED!! WHAT DO I DO NOW? – Email Kara Davis and let her know you are interested. She will confirm your assignment. You may volunteer for one show or all three.
You will likely be asked to attend a short training session at the theatre prior to the show, just to make sure you are comfortable with your responsibilities as well as the facility.
