Announcing Indy Ambassadors Night of Volunteering for Indianapolis Symphony Yuletide December 12, 2021 5:00pm – 9:00pm
Volunteer on December 12, 2021 for the Indianapolis Symphony Yuletide performance by Selling Cookies & Cocoa. This event takes place at the Hilbert Circle Theater, 45 Monument Circle, Indianapolis, IN from 5:00pm until 9:00pm.
We need 10 to 18 Indy Ambassadors to volunteer on the night of December 12th from 5:00pm until 9:00pm. Arrive 15 mins early dressed in festive attire to work the cash registers and cookie carts.
Please Note: COVID policies are in effect. ALL volunteers need to show proof of full vaccination as well as a photo ID. Volunteers must wear masks that will be provided to our group. Anyone volunteering will need to adhere adhere to these policies and go through COVID checks upon entering the venue.
Parking is not provided for Cookie & Cocoa Sellers, but street parking in downtown Indianapolis is free on Sundays.
