Irish Fest 26th year takes place September 23, 24, 2022 in Garfield Park
Planning for the 2022 Indy Irish Fest is in full swing! This is the Fest’s 26h year and will take place September 23-24 at Garfield Park.
Our Volunteer Registration website is now live and we hope that you will be able to join us this year. Please click the link or paste it into your web browser to access the registration form.
IF YOU VOLUNTEERED LAST YEAR
You can access your individual site-up page by going here and putting in the first name, last name, and the email address that you used last year. This will send a link to that email address for you to access updated volunteer time slots.
IF YOU DID NOT VOLUNTEER LAST YEAR
Please go to https://indyirishfest.com/volunteer/ and click “Register Now” to create an account. Then you can access volunteer time slots for this year.
Please only sign up for a time slot if you are able to work the entire shift. If you are interested in working with specific parties, please indicate that in your profile. Please hold any times you indicate in your form, but note that volunteer spots are not guaranteed until you have received a confirmation from us.
The positions available for this year are the following:
Admissions Gate: Collect cash, check, credit card or previously purchased tickets to allow patrons into the Fest
Alcohol Sales: Collect cash in exchange for beer & wine. Must be 21 or older and complete an application for a temporary pouring permit.
Kids Area: Positions will be assigned upon arrival but include admissions, game instruction & supervision, craft area activities, and bounce house supervision. Parents are required to stay with their children–this is not a babysitting service.
Merchandise Sales: Collect cash, check, or credit card in exchange for Merchandise (t-shirts, CDs, Koozies, etc).
If you or any of your friends & family are looking for service hours we are happy to fill out service hour forms after your shift(s) has been completed.
