Volunteer Time for CarmelFest 2023 on July 3rd and 4th

Volunteering for this annual community event is an exciting opportunity and very patriotic. Enjoy wonderful music, food and Fun as You serve to make this year’s CarmelFest a Big Success!

Volunteer Details:
○ There are a wide variety of volunteer opportunities and flexible shifts. Choose the roles you prefer and lend your services to both the parade and festival.

Date and Start Time
○ Monday July 3 &Tuesday July 4th,2023
○ 7:00am – 11:00pm

○ Volunteer Check-In at two locations. You Choose at the Garter Green (1 Carter Green) or at Civic Square (720 S Rangeline Rd.)
○ Invite Family & Friends to serve with you

Volunteer benefits:
○ Volunteer receives a Carmelfest T-Shirt
○ Volunteer for 3 hours or more in a day and receive a food voucher lunch/dinner

○ Both standing & sitting positions
○ Wear Carmelfest T-Shirt
