IndyFringe Theatre: Spotlight Season Volunteers

IndyFringe Theatre

Volunteer at the 2023/2024 Spotlight Season

Experience the heart of arts and culture in Indianapolis, year-round! The Spotlight Season takes place at the IndyFringe Theatre Complex at 719 E. St. Clair Street and features over 88 performances by 8 different organizations and nearly 15 different genres. Whether you’re a fan of comedy or classics, volunteering is a great way to support the Indianapolis performing arts community and see shows for free!

There is room for everyone to volunteer.

We still need volunteers for:

  • Box Office
  • Ushers/Greeters
  • Bartenders – must have a valid Indiana serving permit on file with ATC and have completed the required safe serve training (don’t have yours yet? Don’t worry. Our Bar Manager can help you get one.)
  • Office Staff – Are you great at organizing? Do you have an eye for social media? The IndyFringe team is always looking for support from our brilliant community members who can make their mark on the future of Fringe by helping with day-to-day tasks in our offices.

Volunteer Benefits
Free Shows! By volunteering with IndyFringe you can earn free tickets, so you can experience all the daring, funky, exciting shows that make IndyFringe great!

And since everything’s better with friends, sign-up with a group and spend a day with the Fringe on Massachusetts Avenue.

General volunteer questions can be directed to Volunteer Coordinator, Grace Branam (She/Her)

Bartender Volunteer specific questions can be directed to Bar Manager, Tyler J Crago (He/Him)

Parking Recommendations

Indy Fringe now has on-site parking in the grassy area next to the Indy Fringe Theatre Complex. All spots are open to the public generally but closed off to Fringe patrons during shows. All spots are paid at a rate of $10 paid straight to Indy Fringe via our box office.

Please note: The two spots directly behind the theatre by the dumpster are for admin/staff use only. Any vehicles found parked in those spots without a staff permit will be towed at owner’s expense.

Parking downtown can be intimidating. Keep the drama on stage and consider one of these nearby parking options.
