About the Event

Indy Film Fest and Downtown Indy, Inc. have partnered for Sunset Cinema on the Canal on Thursday, August 23, & Friday, August 24, along the Canal near the Admiral Spruance Basin (11th Street). The movies are:

Aug. 23: Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby (PG-13)

Aug. 24: Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pear (PG-13) – (Rescheduled from Aug. 16)

Both movies will start at dusk (around 9 p.m.)

Volunteer Details

The job is easy. Help movie-goers find a good viewing spot, take tickets, hand out inner tubes, answer questions, and give directions to film site. Have fun and watch a movie! We’d love to have some help cleaning up if you are able.
