New Year – New You!!! Healthy Plant-Based Cooking Class

Put your 2020 food-resolutions into action as you begin integrating more plant-based ingredients into your daily life. This course will also teach you about steaming, sautéing, braising, how to make salads, how to cook grains and so much more. Each class includes two-hours of culinary instruction and a 3-course, chef prepared meal.
