Friends of Indy Animals is looking for people to fill a variety of different shifts between 8:30am and 4pm on Saturday, March 14 at Military Park in downtown Indy.
Lucky Dog 5K is all about Running (or Walking) and supporting amazing animal shelters! “Let’s raise the woof”
Join us on Saturday, March 14th, 2026 at 9:00am EST for an exciting “Lucky Dog 5K-9 Themed” event that features the scenic views of White River State Bark, Downtown Indianapolis!
This race is a sure thing for a great doggy good time!

The 2026 event will again feature a Kick-A** DJ, Food Truck, Party Tent, Cornhole, Giant Beer Pong & of course plenty of BEEEER. It’s going to be a SHAMROCKIN’ BrewFest!!
Start your 5K with a Toast of one Craft Beer sample then run/walk to the 1K for another Beer sample, same for the 2K, 3K, 4K and Finish with a Pint of Beer or You Can Drink a Pint Before the 5K event Starts… 🙂
