Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation-Indiana Chapter: Legacy Gala

Every year, the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation’s Indiana Chapter hosts a gala bringing together over 300 of its most elite donors, sponsors, community partners, and volunteers. This is our one evening a year to make the largest impact in raising funds for our mission; finding cures for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis and improving the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases.

This event would not be possible without our generous volunteers, and we truly value any time you contribute. Thank you for considering this opportunity to make a difference again once more!

Volunteer Positions

• Talking to guests to give directions or enhance their experience
• Being creative with item presentation such as with the auction
• Registration
• Taking photos for guests
• Lifting items such as boxes of decor

Volunteers Needed

• Thursday, October 24th
  • Storage Unit in Castleton for loading event materials:
  • 3-5 Volunteer
  • 1-2 hours
  • Attire: Casual
• Friday, October 25th. (Day)
  • event day setup during the day prior to the event
  • 12-15 Volunteers
  • Any level of commitment ranging from 1 hour-5 hours
  • Attire: Casual
• Friday, October 25th (5pm-midnight):
  • 12-15 Volunteers
  • Any level of commitment ranging from 1 hour-5 hours
  • Attire: Formal (long dresses, suits/tuxedos, etc).
  • There will be times when volunteers can participate in the event.
• Saturday, October 26th
  • Morning- final event clean up
  • 3-5 Volunteers
  • Any level of commitment ranging from 1 hour-5 hours
  • Attire: Casual
