Christmas at the Zoo brings us a winter wonderland!
56 years ago, our zoo became the first in the nation to hold a holiday lights event. This season, spend some time volunteering with animal friends of all sizes.

- Positions include:
- Santa’s Study Assistant,
- Campfire Monitor,
- Mirror Maze Assistant,
- and more!
Dates and Times:
- Most days Nov. 18 through Dec. 30
- Shifts vary 4:30pm to 10pm.
Volunteer sign-up and training:
- Volunteer shifts are available to individuals including small groups ages 16 and older.

Volunteer Requirements:
- Volunteer attire for the event is a solid-color shirt and khaki or black pants.
- Please be prepared to complete tasks outdoors in all weather conditions.
