About the Event
Costume Themed Haunted Hair Ball is a fundraiser to raise money for the Spay Neuter Services of Indiana. Your help is greatly appreciated, as we raise money to responsibly spay and neuter pets so unwanted animals don’t wind up in shelters. We KNOW we can achieve our goal of making sure ALL Indiana Shelters are NO KILL.

Volunteer Details
-Volunteer Duties: (shifts are from 7:30 pm until 12:00 am but can be flexed if you need to arrive later or leave earlier)
– greeting / welcoming guests and guiding them to registration tables
– assisting in bid sheets for the silent auction items
– assisting in the dessert table – (making sure it’s neat, stocked)
– assisting in selling drink tickets/making sure guests know how to purchase drinks
– assisting bar staff to make sure they have what they need i.e. ice
Volunteers will receive refreshments and a small thank you gift!
