Noble Evening in the Garden (Volunteers Needed)

On Friday, March 13, 2026, Noble will host its 25th Annual “Noble Evening in the Garden” at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. This preview to the Indiana Flower & Patio Show features restaurants with tastings, live entertainment, a huge silent auction, dancing, magicians, artists and much more. We generally host around 1,000-1,200 guests at the event, which stretches throughout Expo Hall and the West Pavilion.

The following volunteer positions are still available:

• Coat Check – 6:30-11:30 p.m. – 5 volunteers needed
• Auction Runner – 10-11:30 p.m. – 4 volunteers needed (retrieve auction items)
• Beer Servers – 7-11 p.m. – 8 volunteers needed – *MUST have valid server’s license
• Restaurant Set-up – 3:30-7 p.m. – 7 volunteers needed – (helps restaurants carry in supplies, set up, etc.)
• Restaurant Aide – 7-11 p.m. – 4 volunteers needed – (get extra plates, napkins, ice, etc. for restaurants; pick up trash left behind during event)
• Permanent Jewelry – 7-11 p.m. – 1 volunteer needed –(takes payment for vendor)
• The Seed Shop – 7-11 p.m. – 1 volunteer needed (actively sell opportunity for guests to win prizes)
• Seed Shop Prize Table – 9-11:30 p.m. – 2 volunteers needed (distribute prizes won from The Seed Shop)

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are available and willing to help. Also, let me know which volunteer position(s) you’re interested in. We’ll try to accommodate your first choice. Feel free to invite family or friends to volunteer with you, however, they must be 21 or older.
