500 Festival 6-Miler (FULL)

On Your Marks, Get Set, GO!!!

For the fourth consecutive year, the 500 Festival has chosen the Indianapolis Ambassadors to host a pit station for their Miler Series of runs/walks. We need your help to make our refreshment station cheerful and efficient for the runners who pass by. We will set up tables, pour drinks of Gatorade and water, hand them to the runners and walkers as they zoom by, and then we clean up and break down the tables.

The 6-miler is set for Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 8:30am-11:00am.

We are assigned to the first pit station — so there’s plenty of time to breakdown and head to an optional breakfast.

  1. If you have not done so already, you will be prompted to create a new profile.
     • After profile creation, in the future you will just need your first name and email.
  2. After creating profile / signed in, at the top of the page you will see a box where you can input an access code. Your access code is Indy26. Click Submit.

PLEASE NOTE: Volunteers who would like to receive an invitation to Volunteer Appreciation Day at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway® must sign up online by Thursday, April 9th.
