Greeting Indy Ambassadors,

I would like to take the time to let you know that the Athenaeum Foundation is starting up a new volunteer database for all the different events at the Athenaeum. We would like to get an idea about who is interested in volunteering and who is not. I know several of you were interested in the Athenaeum when the Indy Ambassadors met there in the past.

This year the Athenaeum has many events coming up in the fall and early winter. This fall, German fest 2025 will be in its 17th year serving the Indianapolis area with lots of fun. We will need lots of Volunteers for this event.

After we all recover from German fest the Athenaeum takes a small break and gets ready for Christkindlmarkt in the heart of Mass Ave. If you have not been to Christkindlmarkt it takes place in the historic Biergarten. Come celebrate the holiday with the Athenaeum. The Christkindlmarkt runs from November to December.

We are asking friends of the Athenaeum to fill out this questionnaire to see what you are interested in helping with. Please pass this along to family members and friends. Once we have an idea, someone from the Athenaeum will get in contact with you to direct you in the correct path to volunteering at the “A”.
