West Indy Art and Music Festival at Meadowood Park in Speedway

Festival Support Volunteers Needed.

The West Indy Art and Music Festival is a community arts, crafts, and culture event featuring local artisans, crafters, community groups, and musicians.

Admission is free, but depends on volunteers for success. This event is a great opportunity to view and purchase arts & crafts, mingle with neighbors, get to know community organizations, and enjoy an afternoon of live musical entertainment at the gazebo.

Representatives from the Indianapolis Ambassadors will be present and will be inviting visitors to sign up for our newsletter and participate in our many exciting volunteer opportunities. Please register to volunteer and let ’em know that you’re with the Indy Ambassadors in the comments field!

• Setup Picket Fence for Beer/Wine Garden

• Set-up and Tear Down Trash Boxes
• Parks Donation/Shirt Table
• Parks Tent

Dates and Times:

• Event: Saturday August 16th 11am-7pm
• Rain Date: Sunday August 17th
• Volunteers Shifts: From 8:30am to 8:30pm
