Global Village: Enkutatash Celebration

Ring in the Ethiopian New Year (Enkutatash) with a special talk, traditional folk music and dance, new year’s activities, Ethiopian food, a photo booth and more! The Global Village Welcome Center needs volunteers like you to make this event a success.

EXHIBIT Latino Heritage

Celebrate the rich cultural heritage of the 21 Latino countries of the Americas in this exhibit. Each country’s flag is proudly displayed along with a cultural artifact. Each object corresponds to one of those countries and displayed in a way that allows you to appreciate Latin America’s shared heritage.

EXHIBIT Ethiopian Heritage
Sep 6 — Sep 27
Learn about the culture and traditions of Ethiopia in this exhibit organized by the Ethiopian Community Association of Central Indiana (ECACI). Find on display various artifacts, photos, posters, and more that teach you about Africa’s only uncolonized country.
