DESCRIPTION:Every year\, the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation’s Indiana Chapter hosts a gala bringing together over 300 of its most elite donors\, sponsors\, community partners\, and volunteers. This is our one evening a year to make the largest impact in raising funds for our mission; finding cures for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis and improving the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases. \nThis event would not be possible without our generous volunteers\, and we truly value any time you contribute. Thank you for considering this opportunity to make a difference again once more! \nVolunteer Positions\n\nTalking to guests to give directions or enhance their experience\nBeing creative with item presentation such as with the auction\nRegistration\nTaking photos for guests\nLifting items such as boxes of decor\n…and more!\n\nVolunteers Needed\n\nThursday\n\nStorage Unit in Castleton for loading event materials:\n3-5 Volunteer\n1-2 hours\nAttire: Casual\n\n\nFriday (Day)\n\nevent day setup during the day prior to the event\n12-15 Volunteers\nAny level of commitment ranging from 1 hour-5 hours\nAttire: Casual\n\n\nFriday (5pm-midnight):\n\n12-15 Volunteers\nAny level of commitment ranging from 1 hour-5 hours\nAttire: Formal (long dresses\, suits/tuxedos\, etc).\nThere will be times when volunteers can participate in the event.\n\n\nSaturday\n\nMorning- final event clean up\n3-5 Volunteers\nAny level of commitment ranging from 1 hour-5 hours\nAttire: Casual\n\n\n\nRegistration\n\nVolunteer Interest Registration Form\nOlivia Carrico\, Volunteer Coordinator\nEmail: olivia.carrico@orrfellowship.org\n\nVolunteers will enjoy:\n\nComplimentary parking?
