SUMMARY:Global Explorers Summer Youth Programs and Field Trips at the Global Village
DESCRIPTION:Volunteers Needed for Welcoming Artists\, Preparing Classrooms\, Lunch Support.\nOur Global Explorers Program is a summer program that aims to “shrink the globe” by immersing youth participants in a different continent or cultural region each day. This youth program teaches kids to take pride in sharing the story of their culture\, learn to appreciate the cultures of their neighbors\, and discover the similarities that we share \nVolunteers are welcome to come for any part of the day for a few hours or the whole day after clearing a background check. \n\n\nDates: Monday – Friday\, June 8 through July 24\n\n\n8:30 AM – 5:00 PM\n\n\n\n\nVolunteers are welcome to come for any part of the day for a few hours or the whole day after clearing a background check.\n\n\nHere’s some ways you may be involved:\n\n\nWelcoming Artists: Be the first friendly face our guest artists see!
