DESCRIPTION:Indy Ambassadors In- Person Monthly Meeting\nWednesday April 6th\,2022 for a presentation about the ISHAA and their FOUNDATION \nAll Indy Ambassadors\, friends and Newcomers are invited to our General Meeting\,\nWednesday April 6th\, 2022\, from 6:00pm – 8:00pm at the offices of the Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA) at 9150 N Meriden\, Indianapolis\, IN – Free Parking is available on site. \nOrganized in 1903\, The Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA) is a voluntary\, not-for-profit organization that is self-supporting without the use of any tax monies. \nAny high school in the state\, or any junior high school offering ninth grade\, whether public\, private\, parochial\, or institutional\, if accredited by the Indiana Department of Education\, may become a member of the Association by making a formal application this is authorized by its board of education and by subscribing to the rule and By-laws of the Association. Membership\, once attained\, is renewable annually provided requirements are met. The purpose of the IHSAA is to encourage and direct wholesome amateur athletic in the high schools of Indiana. Parking tickets for the Eiteljorg underground parking garage will be validated for free parking for all those who attend the meeting. \nThere are no fees to join. DESCRIPTION:Calling all Indy Ambassadors\, Family and Friends and anyone eles who would like to volunteer for the 29th annual Stutz Artists Annual Open House being held at The Horton Fan Factory\, 201 W. Carmel Dr.\, Carmel\, IN. \nTuesday May 10th and Wednesday May 11th\, 2022 11:00am – 5:00pm – 6 volunteers are needed each day for Setup\nShift duties includes assisting artists with bring in their artwork & hanging the art work artwork at their booth. Also assitance constructing a rope grid on piple and drape convention style booth. (Knowledge of how to tie a clove hitch knot is of benefit to the instrallation of the booths. ) Please bring pliers for zip tie locking Training will be provided. \nThursday\, May 12th and Friday May 13\, 2020 Shift 4:00pm – 10:00pm and Saturday May 14\, 2022 Shift 2:00pm to 10:00pm 6 volunteers needed each shiftEvent volunteers will be assisting with registration desks.
