DESCRIPTION:“No FOOLIN” 6 more Indy Ambassadors Pit Station Volunteers needed for 500Festival 10-Miler on Saturday April 1\, 2023 starting at 7:30am – 11:30am. The Indy Ambassadors will be servicing a Pit Station for the race.  Indy Ambassadors offered a total of 10 volunteers for this event. SIGN UP TODY!. You can also sign up at the Indy Ambassadors Meet Up site.  \nSign Up Today Using the following 4 Steps:\n1.Visit 500Festival.com/Volunteer: https://www.500festival.com/volunteer/ Scroll to the bottom of the page where the events are listed and SELECT 10-Miler. \n2. If you have not done so already\, you will be prompted to create a new profile after inputting your first name and email address. After profile creation\, in the future you will just need your first name and email. \n3. After creating profile / signed in\, at the top of the event page you will see a box where you can input an access code. Your access code is IndyAmbassadors. Click Submit. Opportunity will be highlighted below within the other opportunities. \nPit Station – Indy Ambassadors\nHand out water and Gatorade to all our participants out on the course. Please dress accordingly as this position is outside for the entirety of the event 7:30am-11:30pm Location TBD. Our meeting room is immediately to the right — all the way to the building’s NE corner. \nThis gorgeous/new room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river.\nNowhere in Indy is there another river overlook as dramatic as this!! \nFIRST Guest SPEAKER: Jordan Dillon\, Exec Dir. of the Broad Ripple Village Association\, will speak to us about the corridor we’ve donated money toward\, and will receive permanent recognition for\, that will construct and maintain a SAFE FAMILY connection between the MONON TRAIL and BROAD RIPPLE PARK. \nFINAL Guest SPEAKER: Kathy Fitzgerald\, BR Park Family Center Manager\, will introduce us to this phenomenal facility\, and encourage us to learn even more. \n\nThis ongoing infrastructure work-in-progress enhances the Quality of Life within our Midtown Indy community. \n\nRSVP on Meetup for this meeting or send an email to Chris Blair at volunteeradmin@indyambassadors.org. \nAfterwards the group goes out for a short social.   \n\nIndy Ambassadors and Newcomers are welcome!\nThere are no fees to join. DESCRIPTION:In just one month\, on April 15th\, join the Indianapolis Ambassadors as we travel down the rabbit hole to help Alice find her way home! The streets of Indianapolis will be transformed into an immersive Alice in Wonderland experience. Solve clues and win prizes! Costumes are optional\, but heartily encouraged.\nUse the Event Comments below to form groups. We have two groups of 6 already and we would love to see more Indianapolis Ambassador groups enjoying this unique team-based adventure. \n\nGroups decide to start between 9AM and 2PM.
