SUMMARY:Indy Ambassadors October Monthly Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Monthly Meeting of the Indy Ambassadors will be held online\, using Zoom\, from 6 pm to 8 pm.  We will have a very timely presentation from Indiana Vote By Mail\, which strives to create a better civic environment in Indiana for voter engagement through easier access to the polling process.  This organization works to see that all eligible voters have equal access to the polls\, and that Indiana’s elections remain safe and secure\, while being managed in a fiscally responsible way. \nThe access credentials will be sent by 5:30 pm that day.  Just “click” on the link to join the meeting.  You may have to download the free Zoom app to attend the session if you don’t already have it on your device.  Again\, the online meeting will begin at 6 pm. \nNewcomers are welcome.  There are no fees to join.  Meet new friends with the Indy Ambassadors!

We need 60 volunteers to help us with deep cleaning on the Trail\, fall cutbacks\, cleaning out stormwater planters\, and more\, all to get the Indy Cultural Trail ready for fall.\nThe activities will be lead by Cultural Trail staff and following strict COVID-19 volunteer procedures and sign-ups are required: https://indyculturaltrail.org/support/volunteer/\nHand sanitizer and masks will be available and volunteers will be able to choose from four Cultural Trail corridors to work on with each group maxing out at 15 volunteers\, ensuring plenty of room to social distance.\nBring your friends and family downtown for a fun morning on the Cultural Trail!
