DESCRIPTION:Indy Ambassadors General Meeting August 3\, 2022 – Will be training for ” Museum by Moonlight” on Saturday August 27th\, 2022  \nSign Up to Volunteer before Meeting!!! \nMuseum by Moonlight is the largest annual fundraiser for the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. This adults-only event is from 8:00 p.m. – midnight and features entertainment\, bars\, and food from 20+ local food vendors. Over 100 volunteers will help make this event successful. \nMuseum by Moonlight is on Saturday\, August 27\, 2022. There are two shifts available for this event. First event shift will be from 7:15 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Second event shift will be from 9:30 p.m. – 12:30 a.m.   \nYou are welcome to attend the event when you are not volunteering. Because the food for the event is donated and in limited supply\, we ask that you do not eat the food from the local vendors. There will be food available in the 100 hallway classrooms and this will be replenished throughout the evening. \nVolunteer Requirements \nMust be 21 years of age (bring proof to training session) \nMust attend a required volunteer training session\, a virtual training option is available \nWear a volunteer vest during your shift (vests will be issued when you arrive for your shift) \nThere is a 3-step process to get signed up for a shift:  \nRegister as a Museum by Moonlight volunteer through this link: http://bit.ly/MbMIA                                                                                         \nSign-up for a training session by clicking on your training date below.
