SUMMARY:General Meeting at the Global Village Welcome Center
DESCRIPTION:All are invited monthly General Meeting of the Indianapolis Ambassadors.\nThe Global Village is the International Marketplace’s welcoming space where all cultures gather\, share\, and celebrate their traditions. Thousands of community-curated objects found in the exhibit space highlight cultures from around the world\, with an emphasis on those represented in Indiana. This focused effort on representation provides a sense of identity and belonging for the diverse members of the International Marketplace neighborhood. \nThe International Marketplace is composed of neighborhood residents\, business owners\, and engaged community leaders who promote economic growth in the neighborhood. The International marketplace Coalition’s efforts have already helped the Indianapolis Marketplace area become recognized as a thriving cultural\, commercial\, and connected destination .Come learn how volunteers can contribute to make all of this possible. \nAfterward\, the group is invited to join up for refreshments for our ‘Out After’ at La Hacienda on LaFayette Road. \nAll are welcome!
