DESCRIPTION:Indy Ambassadors In- Person Monthly Meeting\nWednesday April 6th\,2022 for a presentation about the ISHAA and their FOUNDATION \nAll Indy Ambassadors\, friends and Newcomers are invited to our General Meeting\,\nWednesday April 6th\, 2022\, from 6:00pm – 8:00pm at the offices of the Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA) at 9150 N Meriden\, Indianapolis\, IN – Free Parking is available on site. \nOrganized in 1903\, The Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA) is a voluntary\, not-for-profit organization that is self-supporting without the use of any tax monies. \nAny high school in the state\, or any junior high school offering ninth grade\, whether public\, private\, parochial\, or institutional\, if accredited by the Indiana Department of Education\, may become a member of the Association by making a formal application this is authorized by its board of education and by subscribing to the rule and By-laws of the Association. Membership\, once attained\, is renewable annually provided requirements are met. The purpose of the IHSAA is to encourage and direct wholesome amateur athletic in the high schools of Indiana. In keeping wit this mission\, the Association:\n• Regulates\, supervises and administers interschool athletic activities among its member high schools as an integral part of the secondary education program.\n• A tournament series is sanctioned in 22 sports\, 10 for girls\, 10 for boys and two co-ed (unified flag football and unified track and field)\n• This school year\, more than 160\,000 Indiana students will compete in IHSAA-sanctioned tournaments.\nAs part of the IHSAA FOUNDATION Funding Initiatives for 2022-22\, the IHSAA Foundation will award a total of 22 scholarships to deserving student-athlete worth over $40\,000.00 a substantial increase from the nine scholarships funded last school year. \nGo to: https://www.meetup.com/indyambassadors/events/284408534/?isFirstPublish=true  to RSVP for this Special Event or send an email to Ken Snyder at volunteeradmin@indyambassadors.org\n.\nPlan to Join us for an “Out After” at Daddy Jacks Restaurant & Bar at 9421 N Meridian just 3 mins north of ISHAA Office following the meeting.\nSee you on April 6th\,2022 at 6:00pm
